I am a Systems Architect and "0-to-1" product builder. My career has forged a rare, end-to-end expertise in bridging the gap between complex hardware and robust, scalable software.

My professional journey is built on two distinct, complementary phases:

Broad R&D (The Strategist): For five years, I operated an independent venture lab (Peasy Labs). This was an invaluable, real-world R&D period where I immersed myself in the entire product lifecycle - from market validation and Mandarin-based supplier negotiations to rapid hardware prototyping and e-commerce operations.

Focused Execution (The Executor): I then focused this broad, full-stack experience at TeleMedC, where I revived a confidential, next-generation medical device. As the lead architect, I took full ownership of the project and accelerated it from its R&D phase to a market-ready prototype.

My passion is architecting and executing these "0-to-1" challenges. I thrive on leading complex, mission-critical projects from ambiguity to reality.
