A cross border partner discovery concept connecting company profiles, ranked recommendations, and outreach drafts.

Partner Discovery

We explored how a company entering a new market could move from describing its business to comparing potential partners. The walkthrough starts with industry, revenue band, target market, and expansion goals, then identifies missing information and presents ranked leads with market context, opportunities, and risks.

Each lead carries through to an outreach draft with a subject, tone, and cultural notes for review. This is a synthetic walkthrough using fictional examples and illustrative eligibility checks, showing how research and outreach could connect rather than reporting real matches or business results.

Carrying Company Context Into Partner Outreach

Completing the Profile Before Comparing Leads

Industry, revenue band, target market, and expansion goals establish the company context for a recommendation. The walkthrough checks for missing profile fields and previews uploaded leads before presenting recommendations. This separates the information supplied about the company from the leads being compared against it.

Reading a Recommendation Beyond Its Rank

The recommendation view connects a ranked lead to opportunities, risks, and market context. A user can inspect that explanation before selecting a lead for outreach. Stored matches retain the connection to the company profile, so drafting can use the same expansion context as the comparison rather than starting from a lead's name alone.

Preparing the Message

The design pairs a static Next.js interface on Firebase Hosting with Firebase Functions, Firestore, and Gemini reasoning and drafting. For a selected lead, the outreach step presents a subject, tone, and cultural notes for review. The user reviews how the proposed introduction fits the partner and market before continuing through the demonstration.
