Exploring Singapore's Hidden Gems with OpenClaw
I showed conference visitors how an AI assistant can turn scattered event information into a practical plan that fits the time they actually have.

Plan Around the Conference, Not Around a Tourist List
I used OpenClaw to prepare a Singapore AI Week field guide, starting with the fixed conference schedule rather than a long list of attractions. It compared side events and other options against the time left each day, offering alternatives instead of squeezing everything into one itinerary.
The talk shows the planning method: gather current sources, check when an event happens and whether registration is needed, then assemble a guide with enough context to choose. Unconfirmed information remains something to check. Visitors still handle registration, booking, and payment themselves.
Turning Travel Research into a Useful Plan
Event Records with Registration Context
The 14 page guide combined the official AI Engineer Singapore program with AI Events SG, Luma, Meetup, and Eventbrite. Research retained dates, times, venue notes, registration requirements, approvals, and waitlists. An event listing did not imply a confirmed place, and hidden addresses were left for confirmation rather than inferred.
Fixed Commitments and Alternatives
The conference schedule provided the fixed constraint. Other events were compared with the remaining time, with overlaps presented as alternatives rather than simultaneous commitments. This turned a collection of search results into choices a visitor could make without losing the purpose of the trip.
A Guide That Can Be Rechecked
Daily plans and event tables retained source notes so readers could revisit the information before registering or travelling. Dated weather information informed the plan but needed a fresh check before departure. The output was a sourced planning document, leaving registration, booking, and payment with the visitor.
